How do I know if my order has been placed?

You will see a confirmation screen once your order has been placed, and you will receive an email confirmation as well.

When will my order ship and how will I know when it does?

Most orders ship within 24-72 hours. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with FedEx tracking numbers.

What are the shipping rates and policies?

All items are shipped FedEx ground. Please allow 4-10 calendar days from the date of the shipment.

Can my order ship to a PO Box?

Currently, FedEx only delivers to street addresses. Please enter a street address to insure delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

There was a problem with my shipment, how do I get it fixed?

Please email us at wmesales@selectdesign.com, and we will resolve the problem. Please have your order number in hand, and the full name and address of the person the order is billed to.

What is the return policy?

If we have erred in fulfilling your order, please email us at wmesales@selectdesign.com, and we will do our best to fix the situation. Please keep in mind:
  • DVDs or Box Sets that have been opened cannot be returned. If you are shipped an incorrect title, please dont open the plastic wrap, just contact us.
  • Apparel can only be exchanged if it is in brand new (not worn or washed) condition.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped or damaged during shipment, we will also include shipping charges in the refund.
