packing slip, and indicate if you want a replacement or full credit.

By the way, a few things about fit
We've tried to include garments for the
petite and the very large. Some styles can be worn untucked, and still
look great. Most styles are pretty true to their size. We have included sizing charts to help guide you in the selection for certain styles.For instance, if you typically wear an XL polo shirt, you might consider a Large in
Cutter&Buck's fine line of polos. Most of the polyester
activewear in the Fashion category are meant to be worn a little
snug. It is a matter of individual taste. Also, fit can be
affected by how you wash and dry your garment. In general, use warm
water, and use cool or warm dryer temps, for no more than ten minutes.
Fabrics tend to contract and shrink with high heat.
2) How soon can I get my order?
Within minutes of receiving your order
from the online store, we start the process to ship your goods the very
same day, up to 5pm Monday-Friday. Most apparel with embroidery,
however, will ship within 2 to 3 weeks,
unless in our inventory. Our regular method of shipment is UPS
Groundtrac, FedEx Ground or US Mail from the SF Bay Area of California.
You choose method of shipment for Ground (1 day to Fremont, and up to 7 days for the East Coast), Alaska/Hawaii shipments,International Best Way or
your own shipping account (often used for International Shipping). If
you are ever in urgent need for PersonalGear items, simply email us at jkaufman@klp.com and refer to your order number. We'll do everything
possible to expedite your order.
3) What are the Methods of Payment?
The online Logitech PersonalGear store allows for two methods of
payment:
Credit Card
Purchase Order
Credit Card payments are
approved and processed within minutes on a secured, VeriSign system.Once the item has been shipped your card is charged.
The Purchase Order method
should be used for all orders in which the company is paying for the items ordered. Acceptable entries into the Purchase Order field would be a valid number.
The Logitech PersonalGear store also allows the entry of
PersonalGear Coupon codes. These are gift certificates valued at $25. One coupon may be applied per order. When the unique coupon code is entered and activated, $25 is deducted from the order subtotal. Coupons are available in books of 5 for $125
per book, and can be ordered in the Store Promotions category.
4) What about taxes and shipping?
Your checkout page will reflect the shipping charge for UPS or FedEx Ground if you've chosen ground method or other method. When you choose your own shipping method, we don't include a charge. Sales taxes are charged for California shipments only
at a rate of 8.5% of the sub total amount.
